There are 30 machines with Dobby features and 12 machines with Jumbo Jaquard features in our weaving room.

The weaving machines in the Dobby section are Vamatex 1151 S model.
In the Jaquard section, Vamatex Leonardo Type machines are used. These weaving machines have jumbo features and have the capacity to work up all types of dimensions and patterns.

 

The productivity of our machines and immediate status of the machines are under our control by means of the present automation system in our waving room where we make use of all benefits of technology. Thanks to this system, when a technical problem occurs in the machines, it is detected immediately and solved by our expert technicians, leaded by mechanical engineers. This application is effective 24 hours a day.

 

We have a state of the art air conditioning system to adjust the temperature and moisture of the environment in the weaving room. This system wipes out the cotton waste in the environment and therefore provides a healthy working condition for our employees.
